Water treatment

Add 2 teaspoons calcium sulphate, 1 teaspoon sodium chloride and ½ teaspoon magnesium sulphate to dry grist

Sparge Liquor

20lt. With 3 ml. Lactic acid, add 10 ml CRS heat to 175f (80C)

Pre heat mash tun with boiling water. Run mash liquor into mash tun. Check strike heat is 160f (71C)
