Hot liquor 20 lt. Water add 1.5ml of lactic acid (80%) add 10 ml CSR heat to 170f (77C) Water treatment Add 2 teaspoons calcium sulphate, 1 teaspoon sodium chloride and ½ teaspoon magnesium sulphate to dry grist Sparge Liquor 20lt. With 3 ml. Lactic acid, add 10 ml CRS heat to 175f (80C) The mash Pre heat mash tun with boiling water. Run mash liquor into mash tun. Check strike heat is 160f (71C)
