Iron Age Honey Ale

1 kilo apples fresh picked from tree
2 handfuls blackberries fresh picked
1 kilo English honey
Water to make up to 1 gallon

Smash apples to pulp and put into a bucket
Add blackberries
Add honey
Add water and stir all to dissolve

Fermentation should start within 2 days
Stir daily for 10 days
Strain and put into demijohn with an airlock.

It should clear in 2 to 3 weeks
Bottle and drink.
