Soft Fruit Drink

1lb. Of any soft fruit*
2 pints of water.             
2 to 4 tablespoons of honey or sugar (to taste as desired)

Remove any stones and roughly chop fruit
Put in saucepan and add water and honey or sugar
Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 mins
When cool put in ceramic or glass jug
Cover and leave overnight
Strain into bottle (makes one litre)
Put in fridge for 24 hours
Serve cool.

Raspberry etc.
