Some products have varying delivery price. Unless stated on products delivery is charged as below.
Delivery for the UK takes on average between 2 – 5 working days.
We are not responsible for late delivery’s that could happen once the parcel has left us.
We are here to help and urge you to contact us as quickly as possible with any delivery issues so that we can help to get you to a satisfactory resolution quickly and without any difficulty. So with delivery problems please immediately get in touch with us.
On the very rare occasion there is non-delivery we ask for you to contact us within 10 days of placing the order. If over 30 days there is little we can do to find your parcel which could affect any refund due.
We cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery which is of direct consequence of being in receipt of incorrect or inadequate delivery information such as the wrong name and address given to us upon order placement.
Our carriers endeavour to deliver between the hours of 08:30AM – 17:30PM, due to unforeseen delays Carriers from time-to-time have been known to work into the late evening upto 21:00PM.
Please respond as quickly as possible to cards/correspondence left by us or carriers regarding re-delivery or goods returned to us by carrier. We can arrange refund of goods with an administration charge of £18.00 on the grounds of failed delivery. Each parcel returned to our shop costs money.

If you make a non-signature delivery such as “leave at back of house”, we will not be held responsible for any loss incurred.
Upon receipt of goods please check thoroughly that all items are received and correct. We often pack goods together to reduce cost, damages and save space.
